User Guide & Instructions
1. System Configuration
Connected to Track: Unlocks 7 drawers. Enables track-specific trays (CCM & Sysmex-on-Track) exclusively in Drawers 5, 6, and 7.
Standalone: Unlocks a bonus 8th drawer for manual labs. Automatically hides track-specific trays from all menus to prevent planning errors.
Instrument (p612 vs p512): Selecting the p612 restricts Drawers 1 and 2 to 130 samples due to the physical space taken by the Sealer Unit.
2. Building & Managing Layouts
Add a Tray: Select a tray size from the dropdown above a drawer and click the blue + button.
Drag & Drop: Click and drag any tray to easily move it to a different position or a different drawer.
Delete Trays: Drag a tray into the floating Trash icon (đī¸) at the bottom right, or simply click the trash icon while a tray is selected. You can also use Clear Drawers... to wipe entire columns at once.
Padlock (đ): Click the padlock icon above any drawer to lock it. This prevents accidental drops or modifications to that specific drawer.
3. Customizing Trays
Edit Standard Trays:Double-click any standard tray on the board to instantly open an editor where you can change its text label and custom background color.
Custom Splits: Select "⨠Custom Split" from the dropdown to divide a tray into 2-5 distinct colored sections. The engine automatically balances your inputs and snaps them to multiples of 5 (representing physical rows). Setting a section to "0" automatically removes it.
A1 Indicators: Every tray, and every single sub-section of a custom split, automatically features a red dot in the top-right corner to map the exact robotic start position.
4. Safety Limits
Height Limit: Drawers have a strict 19.2cm physical limit. The red dashed line anchored at the bottom of every drawer visually represents this absolute boundary. Trays cannot be placed below this line.
Capacity Bars: The live progress bars below each drawer track both maximum sample count and maximum physical height in real-time to prevent overloading.
5. Saving & Exporting
Save / Load Config: Downloads a `.json` file containing your exact layout (including history, custom colors, and splits) so you can resume work later.
Save Image: Captures and downloads a high-resolution snapshot showing a clean view of your final drawer configuration and site details.
Export Manifest: Generates a detailed CSV spreadsheet of all trays, colors, labels, and exact sample capacities for the field installation team.
